The Polk Place subdivision in Franklin TN is a great place to live. One of my favorite things about it is the collective interest in keeping the yards nice. Did you know that the Polk Place Subdivision actually has a monthly contest to see who has the best curb appeal. So if you are a little competitive and your thinking of buying a home in Polk Place then your in for a treat. And you can be sure that when it comes time to sell your home you aren’t going to have to worry about someone in your neighborhood making it hard to sell your home because they don’t pick up their yard.
The subdivision also has a few clubs, like the home and garden club, a knitting club, mommies group the Cooking Divas also known as see, taste and share club.
There is a pool at Polk Place. Like most neighborhood pools its open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
